Purpose of the site
moovia.app presents MOOVIA, which is building a platform for strength training and its own measurement devices, starting with a bar sensor for velocity-based training (VBT). It lets you join its early-access list and propose collaborations.
MOOVIA is a project in development: nothing is sold and no payments are accepted on this site. The platform screens shown are mock-ups with sample data, and the features, specifications and dates published are indicative and may change before launch.
Using the site is free and requires no registration. How we handle the data of people who join the list or send us a proposal is explained in the Privacy policy.
Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, images, 3D models, the dossier, the site design and the MOOVIA name and logo belong to the owner or are used with permission. You may view them and share links to this website, but you may not copy, modify or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
Other trademarks and logos shown, such as Barcelona Activa's or those of social networks, belong to their respective owners.
Liability
We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it describes a product in development and may contain errors or change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for any damage arising from the use of that information or for interruptions or technical failures of the site beyond their control.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party services: LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Barcelona Activa and the community WhatsApp group. We don't control their content or terms and are not responsible for them. If a link leads to unlawful content, let us know at info@moovia.app and we will remove it (Art. 17 LSSI).

This site and this legal notice are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those determined by law; if you are a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live.
